The Institute for Public Policy launched in July 11, 2002 a comment concerning the draft Agreement on Federalisation of the Republic of Moldova from July 3, 2002 presented at a meeting in Kiev, signed by the IPP Program Director, Mr. Oazu Nantoi.
Having a will to start an active dialog concerning the Transnistrian conflict settlement and possible scenarios of its realization, the Institute for Public Policy sent this comment to many partners, local and foreign experts.
To this dialog recently joined experts from the European Center of Political Science from Brussels and the Free University from Brussels, two important independent institutions for policy analyses of the European Union. Michael Emerson (CEPS), and Bruno Coppieters (VUB) present an original vision concerning these issues.
